Local Counsel

Beaumont, the county seat of Jefferson Co. Texas, is located in the Southeast corner of our state, and is part of the Eastern District of Texas. The practice of law in this region requires a unique knowledge of the court system in both federal and state courts. Many courts have local rules a practitioner must be familiar with in order to be successful in these courts. The lawyers of Benckenstein & Oxford, L.L.P. are familiar with the courts in our region and their local rules. We have successfully been associated by lawyers throughout the country to assist them in Southeast Texas Federal courts and state courts in not only Jefferson County but also in Hardin, Orange, Chambers and Tyler Counties.
